Ruby passed her Novice Shooting Dog test at the Ratings yesterday and her title is now Gundalf Dazzling Ruby NSD

One of Leo’s sons from the Sabaka V Litter – Woljas owned by Renée Minny – passed his Novice Retriever Dog test and was also awarded Best Retriever.

Vicky from the same litter also passed her NSD test

And Zuko – owned by Jo Taylor – that is a grandson of Leo, passed his NSD and NRD tests and was also awarded Best Shooting Dog

It was a great day at the Weimaraner Klub Shooting Ratings. Jacob passed his NSD test and Cassie passed her NSD and NRD tests. Also from the same litter as Cassie, Quintin Bubb’s Ronin (Gundalf Catch Fire) passed his NSD and NRD.

Other dogs that did well were Denim (Sabaka Mist WarriorAce ) who got the the Best Performance in the Field award and also passed his NSD. Denim is a son of Leo.

Sabaka Mist Vanguard (Woljas) is also a son of Leo and he also passed his NSD test

The sire of the Gundalf D Litter – Ch Mercury Magic Cascade Charmer – Kudu – also passed his NRD test and received the award for Best Retriever on the day

Jacob celebrated his second birthday by getting another CC and the Reserve Best of Breed at the SA Ladies Kennel Association show

This weekend was a good one for Gundalf dogs.

First Jacob got his fifth CC at the Sasolburg Kennel Club show thereby making him a Show Champion and he will soon be known as CH Gundalf Beach Bum

Then Tequila (Gundalf Aruba n Tequila of Lochnerheim) became the first Gundalf-bred dog to pass the Natural Ability test of the Transvaal HPR Club – hopefully she will be the first of many. Congratulations to her owners Martina & BJ van Dyk
